Hamilton/Burlington SPCA Complaints Policy

 
It is important to the HBSPCA we be provided the opportunity to resolve issues, concerns or complaints that may arise, as expeditiously as possible. In this regard we respectfully request you  follow the following procedure(s):
 
Step 1
Speak directly to the staff member involved
 
 
If you are unable to come to a mutually agreeable resolution:
 
Step 2
Speak with the Manager of the Department
 
The department managers are as follows:
 
Manager of Accounting (Ext. 311)
Manager of Animal Care, Adoptions (Ext. 422)
Manager of Animal Protection (Ext. 401)
Manager of Development (Ext. 321)
Manager of Humane Education (Ext. 326)
Manager of Volunteer Services (Ext. 423)
Coordinator of Communications (Ext. 350)
 
 
If you are unable to come to a mutually agreeable resolution:

Speak with the Chief Executive Officer
