With your help, the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA is able to provide food, shelter and care for thousands of homeless animals every year.
Because we receive no government funding, HBSPCA animals rely on your kindness and support. The following items help us keep our animals healthy and comfortable. If you would like to donate any of these items, please drop by the shelter at 245 Dartnall Road, Hamilton.
Give-a-Bed Program
HBSPCA dogs love Karunda beds! In order to keep our dogs happy and comfortable, the HBSPCA has enrolled in the Kuranda give-a-bed program. When you purchase a bed to donate to the HBSPCA, the bed is sent directly to the HBSPCA in your name at a discounted price. Please note as this is a direct product purchase, participants are not eligible for a tax receipt.
Kuranda now offers cat beds and towers!
Like the dogs at the HBSPCA, the cats love Kuranda beds too! These cat beds provide the same benefits as the dog beds, and are specifically designed to fit in kennels.
The Kuranda Cat Towers (5, 6, or 7 tiers) entertains while providing exercise for caged cats. The cozy nooks of the tower also provide comfort and privacy, keeping our cats happy and relaxed.

Scratchers
Scratchers from stretchandscratch.com will provide a great source of exercise for our caged cats here at the HBSPCA! A Stretch & Scratch scratcher will help our cats reduce stress by providing exercise and eliminates boredom. The scratcher hangs securely on the door of the cat cage, saving floor space and was built for tough use.
