A Big Paws Up

BIG PAWS UP!!   A big paws up to Rachel Radu, Nichole Radu, Lindsay Do, Martina Bravo, Shannon Koltof, Ashley Goddard, Nanci Dos Santos and Mrs. Grinn at St. Brigid School who raised money for the homeless animals at the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA by selling bracelets.  Thank you for all your hard work and support ladies!

A BIG Paws up to all of you! Dear friends at the SPCA:   On Sunday May 24th myself, my brother, my mom and three of my friends put together a dog show at our local park.  Around 35 people came with 7 or 8 dogs.  Everyone participated and enjoyed many events including agility, cutest pup, tennis ball catch, Frisbee catch, look-a-like, best trick and waggiest tail.  Some of the dogs that came were adopted from your humaine society including Wesley a Welsh corgi cross and River a lab cross.  Together we raised $54.25 and everyone dated a bit!  We really enjoyed it and I hope to do it next year and the year after that until I'm 50 (as I am only 10). Ava celebrated her 5th Birthday with her friends and instead of receiving gifts she asked her friends to donate animals toys and animal food and with her mom and dad delivered them to the SPCA.  From all the animals, thanks Ava.   (June 8, 2009).

Big Paws up to: Gracie who so generously supported the HBSPCA at her birthday party. Gracie received an award at her school for having “the biggest heart” for wanted to have her friends donate to the animals instead of receiving gifts for her birthday.  HUGE PAWS UP TO GRACIE!!! (June 8, 2009)
