The HBSPCA is donor based and animal focused.

The kennels, the companion animal hospital and the rescue vehicles are donor funded. Operating tables, surgical instruments, medicine, and vaccines are donor funded.
Dog leashes, kitty litter, and small critter housing are donor funded.

The HBSPCA invites you to consider the ways to give and help animals at risk and homeless animals get a second chance.
