Do I Need Approval Before Holding a Fundraiser?

If you're hosting a community, public, workplace, or organized event on behalf of the HBSPCA, please submit the Fundraiser Form so our team can review your plans and provide support.

What Kinds of Fundraisers are Permitted?

We welcome a wide variety of fundraising activities. Once we receive your form, our team will review your plans and let you know if any additional information is required.

Will the HBSPCA Help Promote my Fundraiser?

While we can't guarantee promotion for every fundraiser, we may be able to provide guidance, resources, and promotional support depending on the nature and timing of your event.

Can Businesses Fundraise for the HBSPCA?

Yes! We welcome corporate fundraising initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, employee engagement campaigns, and community partnerships.

Will I Receive Fundraising Materials or Support?

Our team can provide guidance and resources when available. Please submit your fundraiser application early so we can best support your efforts.

Will Tax Receipts be issued for Donations?

Tax receipts can be issued for eligible donations to the true donor. Online donations are receipted automatically. For all other eligible donations, the donor's full name and mailing address must be provided. Contact us for more information about tax receipting at development@hbspca.com
