Join us for a fun-filled Community BBQ hosted by Aberdeen Gardens Retirement Residence in support of the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA! Everyone is welcome to attend this family-friendly event and enjoy a delicious BBQ while helping provide care, comfort, and hope for animals in need.

What to Expect

Stop by between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. for a great afternoon filled with tasty BBQ favourites, friendly faces, and the opportunity to make a real difference for vulnerable pets in our community. Whether you're coming for lunch, to meet some amazing animals, or simply to enjoy the atmosphere, we'd love to see you there.

Every burger, hot dog, and other BBQ treat purchased helps support the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA and the thousands of animals who rely on us each year. Your support helps provide lifesaving medical care, nutritious food, comfortable shelter, enrichment, and the love and attention every animal deserves while they wait to find their forever families. By joining us for lunch, you'll be giving homeless animals a brighter future.

Meet Some Pets

One of the highlights of the day will be a special visit from our HBSPCA Pet Visiting Ambassadors! Meet some of the incredible members of Team Happiness, our wonderful volunteer teams who bring comfort, companionship, and smiles to seniors, hospitals, schools, and community groups throughout the Hamilton and Burlington area. You'll have the chance to meet these friendly dogs, chat with their handlers, and learn more about the positive impact they make in our community. If you're an animal lover, you won't want to miss this special opportunity!

Bring your family, friends, neighbours, and coworkers for a relaxing afternoon together while supporting a great cause. It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal, connect with your community, and spend time with some very special four-legged guests.
