Collective Arts DOG-toberfest

Bring your four-legged drinking buddy and get ready for a tail-wagging night of dog-friendly Oktoberfest fun!

Join us at the Collective Arts Hamilton Taproom on September 30 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm for DOG-toberfest, a special Oktoberfest celebration where the goodest boys and girls get to party alongside their humans!

Whether your pup is a seasoned patio pro, a professional treat collector, or simply loves being part of the action, DOGtoberfest is the perfect excuse to grab your best furry friend and head out for an evening of good drinks, good food, great company, and plenty of dogs!

The Hamilton/Burlington SPCA will be joining the festivities, and a portion of proceeds from the evening will be donated to the HBSPCA. As an entirely donor-funded organization, the generosity of our community helps power our programs and provide life-saving and life-changing care for local pets in need. From shelter and medical care to food, enrichment, rehabilitation, and finding animals loving homes, your support helps make more second chances possible.

And, of course, what would DOG-toberfest be without a little friendly competition? Get your pup dressed in their Oktoberfest best and enter them in the Dog Costume Contest! Whether you go all-out with a creative costume or keep things simple and adorable, your dog could take home the title of DOG-toberfest's best-dressed pup. So start planning those lederhosen, hats, bows, and other festive looks!

We'll also be joined by our friends at Mutt Muggz Photography, who will be on-site offering professional photo sessions for your pooch. It's the perfect opportunity to capture a photo of your best friend looking their absolute cutest while supporting a local pet photographer.

This is a free, dog-friendly event and tickets are not required. You can reserve your spot online through Collective Arts. When making your reservation, please add “DOGtoberfest” to the Special Request section so the team knows you'd like a patio seat for you and your pooch.

Please note that DOG-toberfest takes place on the patio. Dogs are not permitted inside the Collective Arts building due to health and safety regulations. Service animals are welcome inside the facilities in accordance with applicable accessibility legislation.

Owners are responsible for the safety and supervision of their dog(s), as well as the safety and comfort of surrounding patrons. Please make sure your pup is comfortable around other dogs and people and is kept under control throughout the event. With lots of dogs and people gathering together, responsible pet ownership will help make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable evening.
