Hamilton, ON â On Friday, local MPP Donna Skelly met with the team at the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA (HBSPCA) to hear more about the $74,400 Seed Grant from the provincial governmentâs Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) that was used to engage over 430 local youth, teaching them about animal welfare, responsible pet ownership, and providing opportunities to interact with shelter animals.
